Training

We offer a range of training opportunities/certifications that can help you and/or your staff to be able to address a variety of onsite emergencies and issues, including low-intensity self-defense techniques, conflict resolution and de-escalation, firearm safety and handling, CPR/AED, etc. (2 - 5 hour sessions)

Education

Whether in person or virtually, we can help to improve your team’s knowledge on important and practical topics such as Situational Awareness, Shelter-in-Place, Fire Safety, Active Threats, etc. (2 - 5 hour sessions)

Assessments

We can conduct full vulnerability and risk assessments of the exterior (unannounced) and interior of your site(s), estate, or home in an effort to identify anything that could potentially lead to a breach, insurance claim, or an attack on your facility and/or staff, clients, etc. These Assessments translate into comprehensive executive summaries and a detailed report on the findings, with recommendations for how to address any identified challenges.

Mitigation

We are able to take the recommendations that we make to help you operationalize them by creating implementation plans and mitigation strategies that can harden your site (i.e. security cameras, site renovations, policies and protocols development, staff training, etc.) in an effort to ensure that you are minimizing your risk of exposure to lawsuits, while improving any of the vulnerabilities/risks that could possibly compromise the safety or security of your site(s) and staff.
